Refund requests will not be granted if iCreate Pro's "Direct Install" version's certificate gets revoked, as this issue is typically self-fixing, and the app can be reinstalled once the certificate is renewed.
After one month from the purchase date, no refunds will be issued, except in cases where local laws and regulations mandate otherwise.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of approval for eligible refund requests.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
