Why does it say 'email not found' if I already bought it?

iCreate Pro V5 moved to a new accounts system in order to reduce the problems that product keys caused. You need to register a new account, even if you previously bought. Don't worry though, you are able to transfer your old product key into a new license!

Will iCreate Pro be updated for 2.2?

Yes, but it will take some time to fully port. The goal is to get a limited version ported in the same week.

iCreate Pro is crashing or says 'Not Available'

If you installed with AltStore, make sure you go in the app and refresh. If you used Direct Install, read the tutorial section on updating.

Will you add <feature>?

Maybe! If you have a fully unique feature request, say it in the iCreate Pro Discord server. If your feature isn't unique, I probably already know about it.

Do I have to pay if a new update comes out?

Nope! Once you buy iCreate Pro, you do not need to buy it again.
